Right to reimbursement of expenses
Expenses that you will suffer to be present at pre-trial and trial procedures shall be covered by the state. However please note that only travel and subsistence expenses will be covered. You should submit a written application for compensation of the expenses to the institution of pre-trial investigation or a court, add all the supporting documents (travel tickets, parking tickets, etc.). Please note that when applying for the compensation during pre-trial investigation you should ask the pre-trial investigation officer to state in writing, that the questioning did take place and that expenses are related to the questioning.
